ECFE: Prairie Wetlands Explorers (Pre-register)

Early Childhood @ Prairie Wetlands Learning Center- PWLC (602 Hwy 210 bypass) (Toddlers – 5 year-olds, not yet in kindergarten) Spend an evening exploring the prairie wetlands learning center. This session will take place outside, children will look for items on the prairie with a special map and use their senses to explore along the way! Wednesday, Oct. 14th 6:00-7:00 pm Fee: FREE (Register all attending.) About ECFE- Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) offers classes for all families and their children ages newborn to not yet in kindergarten. ECFE is based on the belief that parents are a child’s first and most important teacher. Fergus Falls ECFE classes are taught by Minnesota licensed early childhood teachers and family educators to provide quality education. The program engages adults and their children in educational activities and experiences that foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, physical and language skills. ECFE classes provide parents with the opportunity to learn more about parent-child relationships, developmental milestones and issues that can arise from raising children.
