The 14th Annual Lakeland Hospice Ride is going to be incredibly fun!! Mark your calendars for this event!! Our committee will be coming up with new ideas to make this year exciting and to raise more hospice awareness. Our mission is to support families and their loved ones by providing compassionate hospice care for those on their end-of-life journey.
