My name is Lisa Workman and I am proud to be the Executive Director of the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce since 2007. I established relationships with many of the businesses in the Fergus Falls area while working as Marketing Manager at Nelson Ford for 8 years. Now, I use my skills and experiences to help the Chamber members grow their businesses.

I am generally 'out and about' connecting with the business community to find out what the Chamber can do to help our members. I am motivated to lead our business sector into being an incredible place to do business.

I grew up in Stillwater, MN and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications and French. I moved to the Fergus Falls area from Milbank, SD in 1998. I enjoy fishing, boating and snowmobiling in my spare time along with my husband Troy and our son Eric. When the boys aren’t around, I like scrapbooking, photography, cooking and shopping.

My name is Amie Welch and I am one of the Member Specialists for the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.  I enjoy learning about each individual business and how the Chamber will help them grow and succeed.  My experience working with various organizations, along with owning a small business, helps me understand all types of business needs.  I have a strong passion for customer service, as well as quality improvement, and am always ready to assist our members, both long-standing and new.
 

My husband Kurt and I love living in the Fergus Falls area, along with our daughters, Bryn and Payton.  As a family we enjoy kayaking, hiking, and attending area festivals.  I also enjoy running, gardening, reading, and organizing.      

As one of your Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Member Specialists, I am standing by to answer your questions and help you generate ideas.   There’s always a way to improve! 
 

Jackie Formo

My name is Jackie Formo and I am happy to be one of the Membership Specialists for the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.  I enjoy connecting with our current Members and local businesses to be a partner and advocate for their growth and community involvement.  As a resident of Fergus Falls, a working Mother of two young boys, and having a closely-tied family business, I understand the importance of investing locally. As for my family, we understand there are a lot of choices out there, so we thank you for keeping it local.

I enjoy spending time with my two sons, Ryan and Lucas.  I tend to stay busy with being active outdoors, attending my boys sports events, local festivities and making memories with family and friends.  In my personal time, I enjoy serving, singing, traveling, crossfit training, walking, biking, hiking, paddle-boarding, adventure, and attending social events.
