Our Mission

To serve as the lead advocate and resource for our members and to create partnerships that foster a healthy business climate.

The Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce is the largest professional business membership organization in Otter Tail County. Our nearly three hundred members employ more than 6,000 peope in the area. Our members and board are active volunteers donating over one thousand volunteer hours annually.

The Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce is fully funded through membership investments and fundraising events. No city, county, state or federal government taxes or funding is used to fund our Chamber.

Membership investments (dues) are tax deductible as a necessary and wise business expense. Our dues structure starts at less than $20/month for small businesses. Rates for business members are determined by staff size in most cases.

Our office is staffed with full-time professional staff. We are open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. In addition to serving and promoting our members, we serve as the “front door” to the community welcoming visitors, answering questions and distributing information.
