This workshop will help an organization make some dynamic cultural changes in order to create a positive team atmosphere. Positive workplace boundaries will be discussed and ways to engage employees in conversation in a diplomatic manner. Participants will learn to distinguish between manager, leader, and coach in motivating and building an engaged team, apply techniques for collaboratively defining and communicating goals and expectations for employees, recognize, praise and coach employees in their areas of strength, and develop and practice conversations that will help employees find motivation to improve performance.
