This workshop will help participants recognize the key behaviors of leaders that contribute to inclusive workplaces. Inclusiveness can be impacted by a person’s status, biases, and leadership influences. To promote inclusion, actions that can be started or stopped as a leader will be explored. Finally, the process of creating an inclusive Team Charter will be examined.
