“Digital opportunity” means everyone has technology options that work for them.

In November of 2021, Congress passed the Digital Equity Act, appropriating $2.75 billion to help Americans access
technology. To receive this funding, each state needs to develop a digital opportunity plan. One way to shape Minnesota’s plan is to attend a digital opportunity listening session.
