This workshop will help participants recognize the key differences between Safe Spaces and Brave Spaces. Common dialogue blockers in conversations will be identified and effective ways to respond will be explored. Together, we will discover ways to interrupt bias in the workplace. Ineffective ways to discuss diversity in the workplace will be summarized in order to promote effective discussions around diversity.
