This FREE event will feature Dr. JoAnne Owens-Nauslar one of the Nation's most vocal advocates for physical education and physical activity. Dr. Jo will present healthy and active ideas for home, worksites and schools. The evening will be fun and high energy including some practical ideas for: basic ingredients for healthier and more active communities; healthy, active, and academic focus activities to provide at schools, homes and worksites; and ideas to get this generation of school age children moving. Come prepared for a meaningul movement with a brain break every 11 minutes!

Her thousands of speaking engagementss have included keynote presentations for National Youth Fitness Summit, Action for Healthy Kids Conferences and American Association for School Administrators.
