     If you think the election season has been scary, wait until the Otter Tail County Historical Society’s Haunted Museum on Friday, October 21, 7:00 p.m.
    One of our favorite times of year. Halloween gives us the opportunity to revisit some of Otter Tail County’s most notorious people and events. The history of Otter Tail County is replete with stories that are shocking, spine tingling and bizarre. Then directly from local historical accounts, readers will present stories of grisly murders, weird events and other bloodcurdling tales.
     Since many of the stories have become the stuff of legend, the truth has often been obscured. The Haunted Museum is an opportunity to go beyond the rumors to get the gory details.
