Use scientific data to understand how your body reacts in emotional workplace situations and how you can gain control rather than letting emotions take over.

• Understand the "emotional economy" and its effect on trust and performance in the workplace.
• Identify emotional expectations of your workplace, among leaders and employees.
• Define and practice methods for effectively coaching through emotionally charged conversations.
• Assess your level of emotional intelligence.
• Implement techniques for maintaining energy and effectiveness under pressure.
• Apply your strengths for increased emotional awareness and effectiveness.
