The importance of communication is paramount in the workplace, as we deal with our clients, customers, and co-workers. In this session you will learn about the various forms of communication: phone, email, voice mail, face to face, and social media and how to make it more effective. You will learn listening skills and various types of listening, with a chance to practice. Also included will be learning steps to diffuse negative communication.
