Music & Madness

Come join us for a special recital event this November! Music and Madness is a recital/conversation that aims to open hearts and minds to the prevalence of mental illness in our midst, thereby destigmatizing it's existence. There will be a pre-concert discussion (6:45) with local mental health professionals followed by a recital (7:30) that is comprised of music/text that has been composed/written by artists that have suffered some sort of mental illness. Come, be inspired, and join the conversation!

“This is a Hinge Arts project supported by Springboard for the Arts. Hinge Arts is a residency program that was launched in 2015 to engage artists in the redevelopment of the Kirkbride Building, a former mental health hospital in Fergus Falls, MN.”
