Learn to grill with abandon and confidence. We will grill all sorts of things - burgers, steaks, pork chops, veggies, bread...even pizza and lettuce? We will discuss marinades and rubs, the method for getting those perfect grill marks and one way to avoid the dreaded overcooked chicken breast. You will learn one simple trick for getting perfectly grilled steaks at the right temperature every time with no thermometer necessary. This class is BYOC (Bring Your Own (Lawn) Chair). We will be grilling in the parking lot. Class fee is $10.00, plus tasting fee of $12.00 paid to instructor.
