Aerobic exercise in the water. Build up your cardiovascular system and tone muscles. Great for young and old, men, women and pregnant women. You do not need to know how to swim. Instructor is Red Cross and CPR certified. Class Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays - Nov. 14, 16, 21, 28, 30, Dec. 5, 7, 12, 21, Jan. 2.
