A free public event held the 3rd Monday of each month.

Our November Living Well Series will feature speakers Natalie Knutson and Jason Bergstrand who will share about the new community based resiliency project recently launched known as Thrive. The focus of Thrive is to promote health through happiness and meaning.

Research will be presented that supports this unique concept. Simple yet effective evidence based tools will also be shared that you can incorporate into everyday living to improve mental health and overall well-being, just in time for the holidays.
