Everyone uses their intuition. In this class, you will learn how to begin to learn to trust your intuitive nature to guide you in your life. You will discover how intuitive you are and how to quiet the logical mind and awaken the intuitive mind. Using breath, meditation, and the signals from your body to help hone your intuitive skills. You can develop your own intuition toolkit to assist you. Class dates: Oct. 22 & 29 - 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
