Winter Karnival

Join us for the 4th Annual Noon Kiwanis Winter Karnival! The event is a free family event with skating, petting zoo, horse and carriage rides, frozen lake golfing, snow painting, snacks and hot chocolate served. Parking is limited with street closures. A shuttle bus will run every 15 minutes from the Armory parking lot to the event.
