    In this role, you’ll lead efforts to optimize our records and information lifecycle—both paper and digital—ensuring compliance, accessibility, and efficiency. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve workflows, implement retention schedules, and support digital transformation initiatives. Your work will directly impact how we safeguard vital records and streamline access to critical information.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and enhance records management practices and systems.
    • Develop and maintain classification systems and retention schedules.
    • Lead digitization efforts and ensure secure, compliant destruction of records.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues.
    • Champion enterprise content management (ECM) projects.

    Qualifications

    • Brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset and thrives in both independent and team settings.
    • Has strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Holds an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information and Records Management or a related field.
    • Has 5+ years of experience in records and information management (preferred).
    • Can lift and handle storage boxes up to 50 lbs.
    • Bonus: Experience with ECM systems and digital transformation.

    Offerings

    • The expected base compensation for this role is $62,000 - $79,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
