Victoria McWane-Creek

Victoria McWane-Creek is 2021 Facing Race Award Honoree, 2020 Minnesota Women's Press Changemaker, and a performance improvement specialist. McWane-Creek is the founder of Organization 4 Full Participation, a performance improvement and organizational effectiveness firm that focuses on equitable results through policy, practice, and situation analysis by providing strategic interventions that close equity, knowledge, performance, and skills gaps. She is also an Art of Hosting practitioner, and Respectful Conversations facilitator who designs and facilitates workshops and conversations. Additionally, McWane-Creek specializes in guiding clients to operationalize their vision and helping them commit to executing that vision with excellence.
