Advanced Business Methods joined as a new Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce member in February 2024. They are headquartered in West Fargo, ND, and have been in business for 53 years (founded in 1971). They have seven sales locations in Minnesota and North Dakota with about 100 employees. ABM is 100 percent employee-owned. They support Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) and how it benefits the community and employees. 

Advanced Business Methods is currently in a growth phase. Their biggest news is their recent acquisition of The Office Shop in Brainerd and Aitkin, Minnesota. The Office Shop is a Minnesota-based office equipment, furniture, and supply source. The local ownership will remain in these communities as The Office Shop employees will own the business through ABM’s ESOP offering. 

In 2023, Advanced Business Methods acquired two IT companies in Fargo and Grand Forks, ND. They also just recently acquired a copier dealer in Jamestown, ND. 

ABM offers office products and solutions (including hardware and software),  information technology services, and many other business services. They strive to offer top-of-the-line office equipment and superior service. ABM is also unique as they own and operate their own leasing company, thus not having the lease contract sold through a third party.

Anderson Land Surveying joined as a new Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce member in March 2024. They have been serving the Otter Tail Lakes area since 1979.

Anderson Land Surveying has over 45 years of experience in the land surveying industry. They have experience designing, permitting, consulting, planning, zoning, platting, and commercial surveying. Anderson does anything from lakeshore and lot surveys to farm and rural surveys.
