This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural Services is issued by Otter Tail County.

Otter Tail County is seeking responses from qualified architectural firms to provide professional services related to the renovation of an existing facility/structure to occupiable spaces for Family Resource Center services. The selected firm will be expected to provide full architectural services, including but not limited to code review, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
