Office Manager - Impact & Development Department/Location: Fergus Falls / Perham Offices  Accountability: Executive Director  Status: Full Time 1.0 FTE, Exempt  Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM JOB SUMMARY: The Office Manager – Impact & Development plays a crucial role in office management, fundraising campaigns, and community impact coordination to support the organization's mission. This position is responsible for maintaining a productive and compliant office environment, coordinating the
