  • Receiving-Warehouse Associate - 1st and 2nd Shift

    2nd Shift M-TH 4 PM – 2:30 AM      

    $18.00/hour or DOE
    Plus, $1.00/hour 2nd Shift differential


    Primary Objective of Position: 

    • Performs well under pressure and is self-motivated
    • Able to actively perform manual movement of raw materials in support of production line
    • Operates material handling equipment along with all activities tied to raw material receipts, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and proper raw material handling
    • Must understand handling warehouse inventory and operating inventory computer systems and mobile scanning 
    Major Areas of Responsibility: 
    • Operate power industrial trucks
    • Responsible for moving raw materials in an inventory management system
    • Responsible for physical movement of materials to different production lines
    • Responsible for providing a quality product to the production lines/customer
    • Operate within Vector Work Instructions (VWIs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
    • Clean and maintain work area
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Must understand general math for cycle counting of inventory
    • A driver’s license is preferred for driving of company vehicles between locations

    • Horizontal lift-Occasionally, placement of boxes into storage locations up to 80lbs
    • Floor to waist lift- Occasionally, lifting of boxes to be placed into storage locations up to 80lbs
    • Waist to crown lift-Frequently, limited to < 10lbs as scissor lift and joe lift available for heavier loads
    • R and L hand carry-Frequently, limited to < 10lbs into and out of storage locations
    • Twist-Occasionally, loading/unloading from storage locations
    • Bend-Occasionally, loading/unloading from storage locations
    • Squat-Occasionally, loading/unloading from storage locations
    • Kneel-Rarely
    • Crawl-Rarely
    • Stair climb-Frequently, using movable steps to gain access to higher storage locations
    • Step ladder climb- Frequently, using movable steps to gain access to higher storage locations
    • Balance-Occasionally
    • Push/pull-Occasionally, using electric and manual pallet jacks to move materials from various locations throughout the building, up to 50lbs push force requirement up to 75ft moved.
    • Crouch-Rarely
    • Reach above shoulder-Frequently < 10lbs but joe lift is available to reduce this frequency
    • Repetitive foot movement-Rarely

    • Firm grasp-Frequently, to allow proper stabilizations of boxes when moving to/from storage locations
