Meet the Chamber Board Member: Emily Sivertson

Emily Sivertson has been a wonderful addition to our Chamber Board! Born and raised right here in Fergus Falls, Emily returned to her hometown in 2015 after attending Concordia College and living in the Fargo - Moorhead area.  

Emily has been with Northern Contours for over eight years and has served as the Director of the Human Resources team for the past two years. Being a Chamber Board Member is about making valuable connections, not just with other businesses, but with her fellow Chamber Board Members and Chamber staff as well. 

Outside of her professional life, Emily can often be found attending her 8-year-old’s school and sporting events, or enjoying swimming, boating, and fishing at Belmont Lake. She and her family love hosting, as well as connecting with their family and friends. Emily lives her life by a wonderful piece of advice she received years ago, “Remember you are blessed, and the days are so much better when you take a moment to appreciate how good life is and how lucky we are to be together. That’s as good as it gets”.  

This is a great reminder that the valuable connections we make every day keep our community and local businesses thriving. We are certainly blessed to have Emily on our Chamber Board!
